Ich war vor 26 Jahren in einer Reha wg. schwerer Depressionen. Wie bei jeder Reha gab es da auch "Aufgaben". Eine bestand z.B. darin, sich um Entspannungsmusik zu kümmern und untereinander sich auszutauschen. Da kamen welche mit New Age oder anderem seichten Kram an. Anstatt mich mit fürchterlichen CDs einzudecken, hatte ich von zuhause mir ein paar Minidisks mit meiner Lieblingsmusik zusammengestellt. Diese kam auch bei vielen anderen Patienten gut an. Besonders dieses Stück und anderes von Good Looking Records, LTJ Bukems Label. Für mich ist alles um #LTJBukem pure Entspannung. Immer noch...
