#WomenInTech My sisters in technology, is this how we #LoveWhereYouWork? Spending our lives working like mad to get ahead in an industry that doesn't love us. And now they're starting to *bring coal power plants back online* in order to keep playing w the latest gadget. I mean this smoke belching plant isn't literally starting up again after closing. But it _was_ slated to close, and now it will stay open, along with coal 🏭 in other areas. We need to #StandUpForClimate

I think about trust at work a lot, lately. #birdside
This article says: "Managers should cultivate trust by setting clear goals, giving employees the autonomy to reach them, and providing consistent feedback. Treat people like responsible adults.” I love that.
There is even a mathematical relationship between trust and economic performance. A good read for the long weekend.
