If you have Long Covid or ME/CFS and have trouble tolerating light, perhaps a near infrared lamp is an idea? One that can turn off the red light, which is visible.
Near infrared light is invisible. But can be very beneficial. See the above mentioned, impressive YouTube video, and also this equally impressive lecture:

I noticed cuts heal very fast. The speaker also elaborates about wounds.
I use the panel every morning, 10 minutes on the back and 10 min. on the front.
Long Covid caused very painful muscle cramps in my back, arm, neck and hip. Each time lasting several days to a week, once even four weeks! Nothing seemed to help.
But since August: no more cramps!I'll toot about some other interesting videos regarding Long Covid and near-infrared (NIR) soon.

CW: Riboflavin for migraines?
@Rhyothemis Yup. Tried riboflavin-5-phosphate, 400 mg (4x 100 mg a day), for my migraines, to strengthen the immune system, and to help against the internal vibrations in my lower legs and painful feet (building up the myelin sheath). I got all of these symptoms after a Covid infection (#LongCovid ).
Did not help me AFAIk. But I tried it after reading it helped others as a migraine preventative.

@peopletrees Good! I am glad I could point into a new direction. 😃
That's why it is so important, I think, to share ideas, the things we have encountered, and the things we have tried. Succesful and unsuccesful. We all want to improve, even if it is just a little bit. 😃Which supplements, or things, have helped you the most?

@peopletrees I might try that next, though she had more of the typical LC symptoms IIRC. (I have headaches/migraines, ear and eye problems and SFN in lower legs, worsening when physically active/exercising).
She used this list:

PS
BTW, I have tried lactoferrine for about a year now. -
@Omega_Scribet tbh I have a range of management strategies and supplements I take, so the #LongCovidTips I'd be looking for would be new or emerging ideas, or experience of particular supplements like lactoferrin that I haven't tried. But I would also share beginner tips with people if there was space for it.

@peopletrees Perhaps we need another hashtag?
How about #LongCovidTips?
I expect everyone to do their own research after getting a tip. Or to discuss it with a GP. We are all patients and laypeople after all.
