No. Bajo la Constitución venezolana, las deudas civiles no generan penas de prisión, por lo que no te pueden detener solo por deber dinero.
La Fiscalía no tiene competencia para eso.
Eso sí: si se cometen delitos asociados a fraude, estafa u otros ilícitos, sí puede haber consecuencias penales, pero la simple deuda no es un delito.
