A while ago, I got a hazelnut couverture chocolate. Was intrigued, even though I'm not exactly a hazelnut fan.
Today, I used it for lava cakes. I was worried because it wasn't just a bar with hazelnut paste in the #chocolate, it actually contained hazelnut bits, melted differently, final mix was not as dense as usual.
Well, I just had a #lavaCake - it's the bomb! The hazelnut bits all raised to the top to form a crunchy crust above the soft moist volcano with gooey choc lava inside.
