If you're worried about your bike getting stolen, grinder-resistant D-locks are the way to go. Here's a video with destructive testing to see which of the options survive the best and resist twisting attacks. I have a Hiplok D1000, which fared well.

We educate youth not only on riding skills, bike laws, and safety but also on topics including bicycle theft prevention.
