  1. It hasn't been a very good weekend, but at least I had one success.

The SKR Mini E3 I have in my Ender 3 only have 4 stepper drivers. For dual Z, both motors share a single driver, which works, but isn't great as you have to manually level the gantry.

I added another #TMC2209 Stepper Driver. Now I can use Z_TILT_ADJUST to level the gantry.
Before, both Z-Axis motors were being driven by a single driver.

Not happy with my perf board soldering though tbh, but it works.

  2. Put the ApolloLander hotend shroud on one of my Ender 3 (printables.com/model/544890-ap)

Hoping the improved part cooling should give better overhangs.

Before, I was using the Satsana cooling shroud (with stock fans), which improved overhangs massively, but i had to switch back to the stock setup when I changed the extruder to the Orbiter v2.5

    Need to recalibrate now

  3. Finally moved my 3D printers off the floor. Need to re-do the input shaping now. #klipper3d #klipper #3dprinting

  4. Doh. The MicroSD card for one of my #Mainsail OS instances failed mid-print, causing the print to stop. Annoying.

I wonder what I can do to reduce the writes to the SD card.

Is it possible to have only #Moonraker running on the Pi, and then Mainsail (and all the other bits that you might use running somewhere else? AFAIK, it should be possible, but I guess it would make things a bit more complicated.

  5. Oh that's cool. I was looking if anyone has made an easy way to run #KlipperScreen on #postmarketos, and came across this: github.com/umeiko/KlipperPhone

I don't really want to run everything from the phone though, just klipperscreen. I think it should be possible to adjust it. Going to play with it later today. #klipper3d #klipper

  6. Any #Klipper fans out there, curious if you've seen an #issue I have.

I tried searching the Klipper #Discourse, but like most web forum stuff, the search is awful. I don't have (or want) an account, so I can't post there. And they don't want bug reports/issues through their Github repo (#wtf?).

At the end of every #print, after the printer rehomes, the steppers keep "ticking" in a sort of random pattern. I can hear and feel them doing it.
