ANMF Victoria - St Vincents’ Private
#Nurses and #midwives from #StVincentsPrivate hospitals in #Fitzroy, #EastMelbourne, #Werribee and #Kew are holding a #stopwork meeting and community rally on Thursday (28/11) from 12:45pm. #ANMF members were due to participate in an online meeting on Tuesday (26/11) to prepare for the stop work and discuss a revised offer received from St Vincents. The revised offer adds 6 items; does revise the wage offer down and does not address staffing and ratios.

I love formal gardens and my ‘like’ of them, extends to property / boundary walls that contain growth.
But in my book, they must be well maintained. Otherwise, forget about it!

#OTD Sir Joseph Dalton #Hooker, #British #Botanist, died.Joseph accomplished much in 94 years. He was the #President of the #RoyalSociety and director of #Kew - the Royal #BotanicGarden.
He created a #Network of #Botanic #Gardens around the #World to enhance the world's economy & promote trade.
He was #BestFriends w/ #CharlesDarwin.
#FunFact: Kew #Gardens says that Joseph would begin #Letters to his young son this way:
"To my dear little #Lion" or "my dear #Cub."#Aw.
