    The focus of this picture is the #Maastricht city hall, built over the years 1659-1664 under the guidance of master architect Pieter Post; it has a tower dating from 1684 and a carillon with 49 bells that are still regularly played. I also read that the interior is beautiful, but couldn't go inside this time.
