Officer Dave killed Jaahnavi Kandula while she crossed a street in SLU. Dave was driving 75mph to answer a medical call that didn't require police presence and was already being handled by fire department. Dave not have his siren or lights on. Not sure how King County prosecutors didn't know about RCW 46.61.035.
It's as if they ignore the law when a cop is breaking it.
