One series that I'm extremely upset to see The Stranger may not continue is Ashley Nerbovig's "Bad Apples" blog.
Ashley covered Seattle police abuses in a roughly monthly round up of stories that make you question why cops exist at all.
It's unclear after Ashley's forced "resignation" if The Stranger will continue this hard hitting cop abuse reporting.

Now drama aside there's no way in hell Hannah and Ashley should be suddenly out of a job over this high school rumor.
Both have posted venmos and it would be awesome if you're able to throw these two under paid journa a few bucks and ref mastodon.
They have covered a TON of important local stories from a progressive or leftist perspective and its been very refresshing. It's a big loss for now.

So, I said this was a drama well naturally there's an alleged sex scene and also some bullshit.
So evidently some people in local "political circles" heard about hot people who also exist in these circles having sex, once.
Nothing bad is alleged during this sex. Just that 3rd parties found out about it & for some reason demanded Ashely and Hannah's help with the steamy situation.

Major Seattle drama I haven't posted about yet two incredible The Stranger reporters, Hannah Krieg & Ashley Nerbovig, have been forced to resign after a dubious "internal investigation".
If you're out of the loop, The Stranger was recently sold to new management, Brady Walkinshaw's Noisy Creek. During this process the workers formed a union.

Killer cop Kevin Dave has finally been fired from the Seattle police department.
Officer Dave killed Jaahnavi Kandula while she crossed a street in SLU. Dave was driving 75mph to answer a medical call that didn't require police presence and was already being handled by fire department. Dave not have his siren or lights on. Ofc dave was also a well known terrible driver with many tickets.
