You might like "Search: WWW" - great female relationships. If you really want to cry, "Thirty-Nine" is excellent.

Guas Electronics is fun & light
Fight for my Way is also fun, but does have some drama-y moments.

If you don’t mind the R rating, Hit the Spot is fits the bill for short episodes. techhub.social/@whoosh/1106354

Also, “Two Light: Relumino” is so wonderful - just 30 min total

And you can find “The Boy Next Door” on YouTube - it is a good one. 15 - 6 min episodes.

Shoot! I watched it on Viki - I know you can do a monthly subscription there if you don’t want to commit for a whole year.

I believe Netflix has “Live Up to Your Name” which is also good - but time travels between Joseon & current time.

If you get Viki, “Our Blooming Youth” is great - set in Joseon era, but it focuses on a mystery. And then there’s “Hwarang”! Search #OurBloomingYouth & #Hwarang here for more info.

Here are ones I’ve finished recently:

If you like historicals: Sungkyunkwan Scandal

School 2017 - but the romance is definitely high school

Descendants of the Sun - a classic for good reason

    Oh My Ghost - binge-worthy!

Celebrity - main story is good, but the rest isn’t fully fleshed-out.

Mr. Queen - also historical, but great romance & funny

I tried it almost right after it came out, but I had only been watching kDrama for a couple of months at that time (this month is my 1 Year Anniversary of falling down the Korean Wave rabbit hole) and I think that a lot of it was lost on me. It is one of the few I put on hold.

Good idea to go back and visit it. I’m sure it would strike different now that I understand more of the Korean culture & language.

  7. I both love & hate the time when I finish a kDrama and need to decide what’s next. So many to choose from, but so many choices…..

    I’m currently watching:

    *** Via watch party - so only 1 or 2 a week ***
    Goblin (eps 9 ?)
    Marvelous Women (eps 3) #cDrama

    *** Currently Airing - so only 2 a week ***
    Heartbeat (eps 14)
    My Lovely Liar (eps 4)
[I unintentionally fell into these 2 current dramas - I will try never to do this again - waiting is terrible! Impatience is one of my strong personality traits.]

*** Watching on My Own ****
I like to have 3 - usually a historical, a light-hearted, & then something else - horror, action, fantasy, etc.

    Sungkunkwan Scandal (eps 1)
Fills historical & Park Min Young quest

I need at least 1 more. I thought maybe “Doom at Your Service”, but then thought probably not with “Goblin”. What about “Sweet Home” or maybe something lighthearted?

    Ideas?
