Quite a day, but now I‘m really tired. The night was too short, and I didn’t even sleep well during the time I slept. All the more astonishing to me was the fact that I could run quite well. I‘ll have to adjust to the #Coros #Apex4 a little more – there‘s no auto pause and/or auto resume while #Running (so after a short pee break, I forgot to restart my workout for ~100 meters). Well, just my initials: SH, shit happens… #JumpingRope was fine. #audiobook as well.

First #Coros only day, #Running was great (the air was so clean after yesterday‘s rain), #JumpingRope was also good, my #audiobook was a bliss – what a start into this Wednesday. And, to make it even better, this is the last day of our written final examinations – normality is expected to return tomorrow… (And I found out that sharing Coros data to Apple Health works flawless, so I can see my progress in #FitnessTotals – yay!)

First time I joined a #JumpingRope group activity: #JumpManila.

I'm just a beginner.

My frustration is that when I was a kid, I can do the advance steps. As an adult, I'm struggling with the basic steps. 😅

I did 680 jumps.

Oh, before the jumping meet up, I also ran 5K.
