Groggy after several days of rebuilding our terrace (during which I had to carry around ~40 sacks of gravel [25 kilograms each]), so I started out rather slowly. Later on, there were some sub-5 kilometers in it, but most of the time I was happy around the 5:05-5:15 pace. Just had a nice nap, time to pick up my #trumpet and get back to practicing… #running #coros #apex4 #aalen
