  1. Ah, missed out on a glorious 666 kilometers this month by .5 kilometers. I promise to do better next month… 😈 Putting fun aside for a moment: It really is a little cooler today, so we’re only at 22 degrees C right now. I’m kinda looking forward to next week, there’s a prediction of almost daily rainfall. That should bring some cool back to this place. And nature sure won’t shy away from the rain. #running #coros #apex4 #aalen #jumprope

  2. With temperatures rising like they are right now (26+ degrees C), I opted for an early run <turned out to be an excellent choice>. In the woods, it was perfectly cool, so I added some kilometers to my usual route <but only moderately>. At home, I took the deep dive into another round of rope skipping, then it was time for a lot of liquid to be consumed… 🥵 Have a great day, y’all! #Running #coros #apex4 #jumprope

  3. Last night I participated in a BBB (big band battle) with my school big band. It went well, but I got into bed at around 23:xx hours. When my alarm went off at 2:25 am, I deleted it and reset it for 3:25 am. Good choice. Warm-up went well, #Running was quite good, #JumpRope was even fun. But I found out only hours later that I had, indeed, crossed the 3,000 kilometers mark for this calendar year. #coros #apex4

  4. Very tired, but it’s just three more days until I‘m through with work, there‘s two weeks of holidays waiting for me… This morning’s run was accompanied by a light rain, sooo great for breathing, and the 18th (and latest) part of the Bruno Courrèges audiobooks. #Running #coros #apex4

  5. Still a little weary two days after the full #marathon – but I‘m getting back into shape. Just a few more days of easy and low-mid level effort runs, then I‘m back to the usual pace. Have a great weekend, y‘all! #Running #coros #apex4

  10. Quite a day, but now I‘m really tired. The night was too short, and I didn’t even sleep well during the time I slept. All the more astonishing to me was the fact that I could run quite well. I‘ll have to adjust to the #Coros #Apex4 a little more – there‘s no auto pause and/or auto resume while #Running (so after a short pee break, I forgot to restart my workout for ~100 meters). Well, just my initials: SH, shit happens… #JumpingRope was fine. #audiobook as well.

  11. Wow, that one was a quick one… After a solid 8+ hours of sleep, I started out without a specific goal, just *half marathon (or a little more)*. And then, I got into a rather swift pace and was mostly able to keep it up while #Running – yay! Afterwards, I got my 2,000+ jumps in, right before hitting the shower. Now, I feel the need for a nap. #coros #apex4
