After some TEN HOURS of sleep (*clapping myself on the shoulder*), I did some household chores and my warmup program. When I finally got out of the house, it was ~noon. But I had quite a gorgeous run: warm enough to get riding the gloves after ~4K, the fall colors all around — and a brilliant audiobook (THE LONG WAY TO A SMALL ANGRY PLANET by Becky Chambers). That was fun. Have a great weekend, y’all! #running #coros #apex4 #autumn #aalen
