Istiodactylus latidens (ist-ee-oh-dakt-ill-us lat-id-enz) was an ornithocheiroid #pterosaur from the Isle of Wight during the early #Cretaceous. Its generic name translates to “sail finger”, and its specific name translates to “broad teeth”, in reference to its spearhead-like tooth shape.
