She Shreds, the female rock guitar magazine, is exhibiting in Bloomington, Indiana on September 18. It will include my pal Yara Clüver's bass guitar. Yara was the original bassist for my high school punk rock band The Panics.
Here are the Panics before I was in the band, playing at a Street Dance - John Barge at left, Yara at right, Spike Finger on drums.

I shot this at a benefit concert I organized. Since it was at a dance studio, the audience had to take off their shoes to protect the wood floor! Seeing punk rock kids slam dance at a sock hop struck me as funny. So here it is, Midwest punk rock pioneers, the Walking Ruins!
