One of the best things about our visit to New York this trip?
Real. Bookstores.
To be clear, we have these in Mississippi, too -- there's even a vibrant gay and lesbian bookstore in, of all places, the tiny village of Water Valley.
But ... not this many, and not many at all with the depth and scope of inventory as we get to enjoy here. Pure joy!

@SpockResists I use Amazon. We all do. It's convenient. But there's no excuse for not searching for used books online. This has the added benefit of being eco-friendly. Do it folks!
