Admiral insurance is a load of siht! I'm trying to renew my dad's insurance. The phone line uses AI, asks you a few questions and then cuts out. Using dad's phone to renew - the renew form asks you for a text authentication number but when you open up the text app to get the number and go back to the browser it refreshes the page back to the start of the page!

My daughter posted this on Facebook about our experience in the ER at #Piedmont in Augusta Georgia. It is not a story for the faint of heart. I have never experienced such #racism, #hatred, or #incompetance in all my life. And I have worked off and on as a #hospital #chaplain for 25 years.
