Una cosa que mola de #Imagepipe es lo fácil que es compartir una imagen de tamaño reducido de la que tienes abierta. Tú vas a tu galería, eliges una foto, le das a compartir, eliges Imagepipe y este la reduce según los ajustes que tengas guardados y automáticamente vuelve a lanzar el menú compartir para que elijas la app donde quieres usar la imagen reducida.

It reduces image size, resolution, strips EXIF data and provides other basic image manipulation features. Although it can load from and save to a file, it really shines when you share an image (directly from your camera app?) To Imagepipe, then share to your posting app. There's no need for an intermediate save to the file system.
It's open source and available from F-Droid.

The Android app you want is ImagePipe.
When you want to share a photo, instead of sharing to messages/ email/ WhatsApp, you share to ImagePipe. #ImagePipe immediately brings up the Share With screen, and this time you can share to messages/ email/ WhatsApp as before, but this time image will be stripped of metadata.
So, it's just one extra tap, and all your metadata is stripped off.
Also works as an excellent image editor!

The Android app you want is ImagePipe.
When you want to share a photo, instead of sharing to messages/ email/ WhatsApp, you share to ImagePipe. #ImagePipe immediately brings up the Share With screen, and this time you can share to messages/ email/ WhatsApp as before, but this time image will be stripped of metadata.
So, it's just one extra tap, and all your metadata is stripped off.

Mit der #android App #imagepipe läßt sich mit einem Fingerstreich jedes Bild vor dem Teilen (z.B. mit deiner Fediverse-App für den Upload) automatisiert um verräterische Exifdaten (z.B. die Geokoordinaten oder dein Name) und vor allem in der Datengröße (Aufösung + jpeg Kompression) reduzieren - ohne dass das Bild auf kleinen bis normalen Bildschirmen bemerkbar schlechter aussieht.
Das spart eine Menge Datentraffic und Speicherplatz und am Ende des Tages CO2.
