@jaypeach00 @GaviaImmer @pluralistic For Android (and forks) I have been using #Imagepipe https://f-droid.org/packages/de.kaffeemitkoffein.imagepipe/ . It reduces image size, resolution, strips EXIF data and provides other basic image manipulation features. Although it can load from and save to a file, it really shines when you share an image (directly from your camera app?) To Imagepipe, then share to your posting app. There's no need for an intermediate save to the file system.
It's open source and available from F-Droid.
