My internet connect dropped to ~100Mbps last Friday. Tried restarting everything, checked all the settings, hit up ISP support, swapped network cables, nothing.
Turns out I managed to damage the keystone jack on the patch panel just enough to drop it into 'Fast Ethernet' mode with a top speed of 100Mbps.
