Nachdem ich eine Zeit lang aufgehört habe #Margarine zu kaufen, mir aber auf dem #Brot etwas fehlte, habe ich #Tomatenmark als #Ersatz darauf geschmiert. Oder ich verwende eine Schicht geriebenen #Meerrettich als Abwechslung.
#Guacamole aus #Avocado|s und #Hummus aus #Kichererbse|n kamen mir noch in den Sinn, beides wächst aber nicht der #Region und erstere sind auch sonst eher problematisch.
Etwas herzhaft #vegan|es und vielleicht sogar selber herstellbares wäre toll. Habt ihr Ideen? @vegan
