250g mushrooms
1 shallot
1-3 cloves of garlic
much extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp almond butter
Parsley, black pepper, salt to tasteDry fry mushrooms, try shallot and garlic in much extra virgin olive oil, add pasta water, dissolve a tbsp of almond butter, add mushrooms back in, add pasta, toss, add black pepper, parsley, salt to taste
