We actually did it. 25 days (29 to actually get it done), 25 gins, and a 96% success rate that feels suspiciously high. The Gin Advent Calendar saga is finally, belatedly, complete.
Come and read the grand finale, featuring a special guest star and our final, slightly slurred thoughts on the whole ridiculous project.

UPDATE: Now with the actual video embeded, as it should have been originally
Another night, another gin. Or two, in this case. Flew solo for the Gin Advent Calendar as MrsVark was "knackered".
One tasted like something Ryan Reynolds would sell, the other tasted like a ginger-powered rocket. I'm sure you can guess which one I preferred.
The full, rambling verdict is on the blog. Don't all rush at once.

Day 19 of the gin advent calendar. Tonight's was the North Uist Downpour Gin. It caused... a reaction. One of us thought it was a decent citrus gin, the other thought it was a fire hazard.
Honestly, we're still baffled that people are watching this. Two people, a camera, and a box of tiny gins. It's the pinnacle of internet content, surely.
The full, dramatic account is on the blog.

The gin tasting continues, but with a change of personnel. MrsVark is out, Glenn the mannequin is busy, so I'm joined by my new, impeccably professional assistant, Glenda.
We tackled Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin and Roku Gin. One was a pleasant surprise, the other was... competent. Glenda approved of both, but then, she approves of everything. It's one of her best qualities.

Day 12 of the Gin Advent Calendar is on the blog.
We were a few drinks in before we started this one. The gin was Caorunn Scottish Raspberry. MrsVark declared it "the best one I've tasted." Her judgment may have been impaired.

After a brief, unplanned break from the Gin Advent Calendar, we're back and playing catch-up.
The latest sessions involved a modern classic, a gin that tasted suspiciously like a melted ice lolly, and the introduction of a new, rock-solid co-host that never takes a sick day.

Another day, another gin. All for you.
Long Covid has flared up, morale is suboptimal. But do I rest? No. I heroically drag myself from my sickbed to taste gin for your entertainment.
Today's sacrifice: Moonshot Gin. It was... gin.
