Popped into the new Edinburgh Gin Distillery in the city centre earlier today. The building is super-smart and all the staff we met were charming. Looking forward to going on one of their tours in 2025.

And who knew there’s also a new flight of stairs, linking Jeffery Street with Cranston Street, that wraps around their building too.
