I was reading through the Wikipedia article on Tuvan Throat Singing, and came across this sentence:

"There were a few female throat singers in Tuva's history, though it was believed a woman performing throat singing could cause infertility"

...and it just kind of made me go into a mini-rage spiral. Every culture is the SAME. Any time women get even remotely close to do anything that men do, it's all "IT'LL CASE INFERTILITY." In the west, people use to claim that women RIDING BICYCLES would cause infertility. FUCKING BICYCLES.

I need a "List of things that have caused infertility" a la "List of things women have died from in literature."
