There are places in Rome where it’s hard to get the framing wrong. The courtyard of Palazzo Spada is one of them. You just look, and the photo composes itself.

DJ Hairy Larry Presents Joseph Jarman Playing Petite Fleur
https://sbblues.com/2026/08/16/dj-hairy-larry-presents-joseph-jarman-playing-petite-fleur/
Thanks Marty, today we’re going to hear a free jazz pioneer. born in Poplar Bluff, Arkansas, play a Sidney Bechet tune.
Joseph Jarman, born in Poplar Bluff, was a founding member of the Art Ensemble of Chicago. He played sax ... and you have probably seen photos of him on stage, in costume, with his face striped with white grease paint.

One thing that fascinates me is fiber optics: data transmitted as light through a tiny cable that arrives at my wall.

I love Baku, Azerbaijan. It’s a majestic city that I’m lucky enough to call my second home. I don’t use the word 'majestic' casually; everything there is done very stylishly and with grandeur. This is a staircase leading to Dagustu Park. They could have simply relied on the classy street lights already in place, but instead, they illuminated the entire staircase, creating a stunning effect
