Good morning tooters. It’s quite a cold morning today & only about 4c even now although the day will be sunny & we’re heading to 13c. Back to minus figures tonight.
I had an early start, out of the door before 7.30am to go for my fasting blood test. Surprising amount of people waiting even at that time, but luckily I was 3rd in line & 15mins later I’m walking back to my car. I obviously didn’t keep the arm bent for long enough because for the second time in my life, I leaked on the way home. Blood 🩸 all down my arm & I’ve made a mess off my favourite & very warm jumper - who cares about my arm 😂. All cleaned up now & jumper rinsed - but damnit, it was clean! Also a nice little purple bruise forming 🙃.
I’ve just finished eating my breakfast & my much wanted coffee & the plan was to do a Balance class, but while I think the arm will be fine now, I’ll wait until another hour to make sure.

Good morning tooters. Up bright & early again, I had stripped & remade my bed by 6am & had my linen washed & on the line by 6.30am. Mild morning again, overcast but supposed to reach 15c. As long as the washing dries I’m happy 😃.
It’s now 7.30am & I’ve just finished my breakfast, a lovely warm chia & oat porridge & a coffee. I think I may head to the gym earlier than usual today as I’m meeting a couple of friends for lunch at a tiny little very basic cafe called Yums. Small menu but pretty good simple food & great coffee, very popular with people of my age group & above.

Good morning tooters. It’s another glorious day here in the Dong, heading to 19c & I will need to water the garden today. I have a lot of cumquats about ready to be picked & they are beautiful, plump & gorgeous bright orange on the tree.
I’ve been sleeping in the last few mornings, not sure if it’s because I’m going to bed super tired or because I’m just so snuggled & cosy. Whatever it is it’s kind of nice. Gym this morning & breast screening this afternoon. It’s been quite a full week this week & I’ve enjoyed it.

Good morning tooting friends. Despite me saying that it probably wouldn’t rain here - it stormed all night 😄. It was a doozy too. I got up & all the windows apart from one are all wet. There’s a broken ceramic pot which fell off the little table with the resulting mess out in the back area and water came in from the gas heater chimney thing & was all over the floor 😕. It’s all sorted out now except for cleaning up outside, that can wait. Glad of the rain though, nice & fresh outside - & wet 😁. Not much planned today, except for the gym.
