So I see a lot of toots about the current state of the US here at Mastodon. There’s #ice, #venezuela, #bigtech #slop, and soon probably interventions in #iran.
And whenever there’s a new #spectacle someone steps in to remind us about distraction tactics, and stay on alert for what may otherwise slip under the radar.
Something I’ve not seen much (in #fedvierse or #news) is the relatively low key, and very serious, pressure put on US #federalreserve.
Hence this toot.

No suelo tocar este tipo de temas por aquí, sobre todo porque antes solía ser bastante hostil y cerrada hacia la crítica y el debate (y estoy aprendiendo a ya no serlo), pero esta vez me pareció importante dejar de guardar silencio.
Hace falta entender que NO se llegó a un acuerdo de paz entre Israhell y Gaza. Lo que quieren E.E.U.U e Israhell es o crear un gobierno títere que solo responda a sus intereses, o directamente poner a sus representantes imperialistas bajo el nombre de una "delegación" o un "gobierno temporal". El imperialismo NO quiere la paz en Gaza; lo que quieren es control.
Israhell seguirá con el genocidio tal y como lo ha estado llevando a cabo desde el 48; la diferencia es que ahora el mundo mirará de nuevo para otro lado, bajo el pretexto de que "ya terminó la guerra".
Entonces, no hay ninguna guerra, ni se llegó a ningún acuerdo de paz. Solo se llegó a un acuerdo de subyugación y opresión para el pueblo palestino, en el que el genocidio seguirá indefinidamente, ahora sin presión internacional y, como siempre, con los intereses imperialistas detrás. Tenemos infinidad de ejemplos con Afganistán, Siria, Irak, Libia y los demás países en los que Estados Unidos ha metido su cuchara; no hay absolutamente ninguna razón para creer que esta vez será distinto.
La lucha no ha terminado, y no terminará hasta que Palestina sea libre. Libre del control e intereses imperialistas, y libre de la opresión y el genocidio.

Related: It strikes me that the #Fedvierse makes it much more straightforward to do something like this, using https://podcastindex.org as the "main" source of publicly available content, adding in "exclusive" content (if you want), and then customizing the listener experience to cater to whatever niche your servicing.

@wmd You are thinking about reading by #gemini, and writing by #titan? Or only #gemini proxy? There were several ideas which I saw, like https://sr.ht/~boringcactus/gemifedi/. Somebody were writing also some #gemini and #fedvierse client with split pane for both, but I lost link. It could be also inactive like gemifedi.
