Ostres quina feinada més fantàstica que heu fet, felicitats! Esteu convidadíssimis a venir i segur que podeu donar respostes molt més situades que jo des d'Alemanya... jo quan pugi intentaré traduir-ho i portar-ho cap allà.
#fedigov em sembla una gran campanya i #publicactivityactivitypub podria funcionar com a complememt. La idea va començar més enfocada a institucions culturals o artístiques, on no tenir instagram és un problema per seguir esdeveniments i convocatòries, però es va obrir una conversa molt interessant sobre la comunicació institucional en general i ara la idea seria veure-ho des de l'altra banda. -

"Outro sucesso importante é que a plataforma [Mastodon] fornece um exemplo concreto de soberania digital na prática. Em vez de discutir conceitos abstratos sobre valores, controle ou dependência, o Mastodon nos permite demonstrar essas diferenças de forma tangível. Torna possível explicar o contraste entre sistemas abertos e fechados, governança centralizada e descentralizada, concentração de poder versus responsabilidade distribuída. Como o Mastodon é construído sobre padrões abertos e protocolos abertos dentro do Fediverso, ele se torna uma ilustração acessível e prática de como as instituições públicas podem recuperar a agência sobre sua infraestrutura digital. Nesse sentido, o projeto não tem sido apenas um sucesso funcional, mas também um importante sucesso educacional e estratégico."

🇺🇸 "Another important success is that the platform provides a concrete example of digital sovereignty in practice. Rather than discussing abstract concepts about values, control, or dependency, Mastodon allows us to demonstrate these differences in a tangible way. It makes it possible to explain the contrast between open and closed systems, centralized and decentralized governance, concentration of power versus distributed responsibility.
Because Mastodon is built on open standards and open protocols within the broader Fediverse, it becomes an accessible and practical illustration of how public institutions can reclaim agency over their digital infrastructure. In that sense, the project has not only been a functional success but also an important educational and strategic one."

"Se você estiver fazendo uma política pública, não tem o menor sentido se não for com software livre. Porque você pode replicar e adaptar aquele software livre às suas necessidades. Por isso nossa área de TI está focada em desenvolvimento, nas questões da produção do software em cima das demandas específicas da instituição, diferente de outra que trabalha somente contratando ou comprando software – o que faz o pessoal de TI virar especialista em licitação, mas sem entender, necessariamente, de software." - agreed to contribute, say, 1% of their disposable income every month towards a common pot
- voted (via self-hosted software) for how the money should be used, using range-based consensus voting
- e.g. they could use it to hire one or more people to work on particular things they all agree would be a good use of that money
- if particular problems required a lot of study and decisionmaking, they could delegate individuals to make those decisions
- ...with the caveat that if the group decided they didn't like the decisions that were being made, or the level of transparency into the process, they could replace that person at any time (subject, perhaps, to reasonable guarantees of adequate warning and income stability)
And then: what if there were a lot of groups like this, and they hired people to work out collaborative deals across multiple groups where they would each share a portion of their resources in order to produce something that wouldn't really have been affordable for any individual group?
And then... do you see where this could be going, or should I spin it out more?
(This is a thing I've been working towards since forever, but it only just now occurred to me to try explaining it like this.)

Então, sobre isso aí discutimos no Primeiro #websocial que teve faz uns dias em Brasília. O evento foi organizado pela @rede que vem empurrando uma campanha chamada de #fedigov que visa precisamente trazer não apenas partidos políticos, mas as instituições públicas do Estado para se comunicar com as pessoas que estamos aqui e evitar a dependência que tem as mesmas com as plataformas das big techs para se comunicar e informar o público. Mas sempre estamos propiciando espaços para discutirmos estrategias que possam concretizar esses movimentos ;) -

Spoiler: Czy chcielibyście zobaczyć pierwszą gminę w Polsce która w pełni pracuje w #fediverse?
Czy macie pomysły / propozycje jak to wszystko "ożenić" aby to miało ręce i nogi :) i aby nie spalić pomysłu.
Oczywiście kluczowa sprawa to przepisy prawa - zwłaszcza RODO. Priorytetem jest bezpieczeństwo użytkowników i mieszkańców.
Trzeba iść za ciosem - skoro o @gmina pisali nawet za granicą. Może czas pokazać wszystkim kierunek :) w tych burzliwych czasach.

Das Mastodon verlässt den Schweizer Bund
Seit einem Jahr betreibt die Bundeskanzlei eine Mastodoninstanz für die Bundesverwaltung. Der Pilotversuch war auf ein Jahr beschränkt. Die Bedingungen für eine Weiterführung sind nicht gegeben.

Moglibyście sprecyzować postulat ograniczenia działalności JST w mediach społecznościowych ? Czy nie sądzicie, że ten postulat , zrealizowany literalnie, wyłączy całkiem sporą przestrzeń w której poza działalnością PRowa, agitacją wyborczą, odbywa się jednak debata publiczna między JST a obywatelami ? Może po prostu zamiast formułować ogólny zakaz, ustalić zasady, które ucywilizują korzystanie z tych mediów. Np w sposób który postuluje #fedigov : rezygnacja z prywatnych korpomediów na rzecz zdecentralizowanych, które mogłyby być (technicznie) rodzajem usługi publicznej, finansowanej ze środków publicznych (ale nie przez JST). Co myślicie ? -

@lukaso666 Nie piszę o tym, że rozwiązaniem jest federowanie się z Threads, bo tak nie jest. Rozwiązaniem jest jakiekolwiek zachęcanie do Fedi i nieodstraszanie ich - to miałem na myśli pisząc u siebie o "marketingu". Sam zresztą na początku korzystania z Fedi dostałem po łbie, gdy przyznałem, że korzystam z VS Code'a zamiast Codium i mam gdzieś kwestie prywatności.
Co do uderzania - brakuje mi bardziej odgórnego uderzania i ocieplania wizerunku Fedi. Jest #Fedigov, ale to chyba tyle.
