    ...while "Costco pays the highest wages in the industry with benefits that are very good for any industry" to "workers" they don't pay the exorbitant executive pay most of the companies that scrimp on paying non-executives. As I have said before I don't believe you can take executives seriously on claims they believe in respect for people when they pay themselves like nobles and workers like serfs.

    CEOs, and their cronies, were well paid decades ago. As their greed about their pay got to be unethical Peter Drucker started to speak out against their failures. As those abuses became more extreme he increased his objections.

    What Peter Drucker railed against was minor compared to the ethical meltdowns we allow in those serving in executive positions today...

    Is Executive Pay Excessive? In 1977, 's answer was, no. As pay did become increasingly excessive, Drucker became a prominent voice against the unjust pay of CEO’s.
