According to a former Cambridge Analytica engineer turned whistleblower, Bannon targeted “incels,” or involuntarily celibate men, because they were easy to manipulate and prone to believing conspiracy theories.
“You can activate that army,” Bannon told the Bloomberg journalist Joshua Green.
“They come in through Gamergate or whatever and then get turned onto politics and Trump.”

Correct, we were less able/active back then but we do remember pivotal events. The #KRuddCoup spelled the end for #Australia's chances. The corporateState #engineeredConsent to remove an actual leader by using #smear and #innuendo, they weaponised our media at many levels.
At that time just like today, people consigned themselves to, "if its a media consensus that he's bad, better not defend him" sort of attitude. Same today with Russia/China hate narratives.

Most #Australians remember the frenzied cacophony of #legacyMedia hacks that emerged from the election of Ricky Muir.
So-called "progressive" outlets lampooned our democratic process that ensured votes for #minorParties were never wasted (unlike in the #USA). A process that enabled people like the once-relevant #NickXenophon to get elected.
They #engineeredConsent to change our #votingSystem, at every opportunity demonising the workingClass senator.
Maybe if he called himself 'Richard'???
