CR1220 replaced in one of my old FrSky Taranis Q radios as it was complaining that the RTC battery was dead. Thankfully it’s just 4 screws, pop out the old one and pop in the new one. I’m slowly getting back into RC aircraft, and making sure I got all the radios updated and configured is really step one. Also moving from OpenTX, seems to be dead anyway, to EdgeTX and Express LRS. All this stuff is so freaking cool!

Weia, kaum war man mal 2 Wochen im Urlaub. EdgeTX 2.12.1 ist draußen, ELRS 4.0.1 ist released. Erstmal alle Modelle und Sender aktualisieren....was ein Streß!

Und zurück wieder zur Pocket - ich mag sie ja, und ja - ich werde meinen sündhaft teueren (für mich) RES Segler damit fliegen. #edgetx #elrs #modellflug

Wusst gar nicht dass man den OpenSource #ESP32 Flightcontroller https://github.com/rtlopez/esp-fc mit #BetaFlight Konfigurator und auch mit #ESPNow / #ELRS zusammen nutzen kann

Updating my very old #tamiya #ta02 to using modern components.

Changing out the AM receiver for a new #elrs one. It is crazy how small the new digital hardware is.

Who wants to help me figure out #whattodo today?

- My #fpv #drone needs love. Soldered it last week; now time for new firmware, new #elrs, and much-delayed tuning. A boring, repetitive process of 30sec configs and 90sec flights
- I could turn on the Big Ear #esp32 #BLE tracker, now that I have antennas. Wonder how far I can detect toothbrushes?
- There are some dead #zwave switches and things in #Homeassistant. Mostly walking around cursing at switches and flipping breakers while googling
