I just saw an electric ute in downtown HamilTron. One of these, I think;

Although obviously adding weight reduces range, according to the website they have a maximum towing capacity 3,500kg. If fossil fuel availability continues to be unreliable for even a few more month, I expect to to see a lot more of these around the country.
