In 2016 #California stopped allowing state-sponsored #travel to 4 US states discriminating against #LGBTQ rights, but had since increased #Isolationist #boycott to 26. Law was doing little to change #PublicPolicy elsewhere, but stifled and complicated state school and other government employees from participating in collaborations, conferences and competitions outside California borders. Newsom will direct money to vague #educational #BridgeProject outreach instead ...
