  6. Preprint is here: biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/20 Could Wall misexpression be affecting the regulation of Pri peptides? Perhaps a non-20E ecdysteroid is involved? Would explain defects in trachea too, development of which is also controlled by Pri. I speculate a little about this in the preprint but paper in the previous post makes this link even more tantalisingly possible…
