    Got Windows 3.11 running in DOSBox-X by following this guide: dosbox-x.com/wiki/#Guide:Insta

    I was able to get MIDI playback working so I can bop it to CANYON.MID like it's 1993.

    Last night I never could get MIDI playback working in UTM/QEMU in Windows 3.11. If MIDI playback in Windows 3x is important to you, maybe try DOSBox or DOSBox-X instead.
