I had missed that last month, the condo development in the south parking lot of Fairview Mall was scaled back (at least for the first phase)
It's now just 1 tower instead of 3, and it's a rental instead of condos.
It's a really bad market to sell condos right now, so it's not too surprising.

I adore libraries and am currently working on a long term project of trying to visit and write about every one of Toronto's 100 branches and the neighbourhoods they serve.
