@masek #Lieferando hält auch nicht viel von Kundenservice - zumindest hier in UK, wo die unter #JustEat firmieren. Daher sind wir schon länger zu #Deliveroo gewechselt. Da kann man mit wenigen Klicks in der App Probleme mit der Lieferung melden, statt eine halbe Stunde in der Telefon-Warteschleife zu verbringen bis das Essen kalt ist.
