    I would not normally link to something in Threads, but this is a really good discussion to read -- but not to post in -- if you're from the USA (like I am). I like to think I am pretty aware of the sort of arrogant and ignorant beliefs discussed in the thread, but I discovered quite a few new ones that I am guilty of myself.
