I'm wondering if I could graft delicata onto tromboncino root stock. Someone must have tried this already. Bt might work well enough in a grafted plant - though you would have to inject between every node since the channels are blocked at the nodes.

After a titanic struggle, I have successfully pulled the largest kitchen knife from the butternut squash I was trying to cut up. I understand that this makes me the rightful king of England. I don't make the rules. (*)
(*) Well, I didn't, but now that I'm king (**), I certainly will.
(**) Having inspected my hands, I believe that I'm not just any king. Specifically, I seem to be William of Orange.
