''A 20-month-old boy with good past health. Developed #fever, #cough w/ sputum & shortness of breath on Dec 29, & presented with #cyanosis next day (Dec 30). Was brought to A&E Department of Prince of Wales Hospital & was admitted to #PICU for treatment on same day. His respiratory specimen tested positive for COVID-19 virus upon laboratory testing. Clinical #diagnosis was #croup. He is now in serious condition and is still hospitalised.''
