Have you heard of ArtCraft yet? A free, open-source suite for creatives: image editing, vector graphics, layout, PDF, video editing. https://getartcraft.com/
I’ve been using it for a few days and I’m thrilled. Instead of a pile of half-baked single tools, I now have one suite with familiar workflows, and no subscription!
If you’re tired of paid subscriptions, you’ll find a home here.
The programs are brand new. A few things still stutter a tiny bit, but they’re being improved all the time. I use them in my own workflows and, as I said, I’m absolutely thrilled.
At first I thought it was too good to be true. So I checked the installers and the GitHub repo: virus scanner plus a review with Claude. Nothing stood out to me, at least.
A big thank you to the developers for making these tools freely available to the creative community.
