I'm treating colonoscopy eve as a day of ritual cleansing. Deep cleaned and mopped the bathroom, decluttered and mopped the kitchen and dining room, refreshed the bed linens. Since, y'know, once I start chugging prep at 6 pm those will be the only rooms that matter. #health #prevention #ColonoscopyPrep #colonoscopy

Tomorrow is colonoscopy day (the fun of getting older!). So just know that while you're enjoying hanging out and watching the Super Bowl (or Puppy Bowl if that's your thing), while chowing down on wings and beer, my day won't be as fun. I'll be fasting all day and spending the evening (into the night) making the bathroom my new man cave! 🧻🚽
