I have a bunch of RF parts at home I'm contemplating getting rid of. Think cavity (I think) filters around 1800MHz and some RF relays and bits. Based around the North West near Manchester and would like to avoid postage if possible, any interest from anyone?
I'll post some photos and details later, maybe tomorrow/the weekend

I was so tired yesterday and then didn’t even sleep that well, but mostly better today.
Had to chuck two old bottles of TCP antiseptic cos the smell was awful, even with the bottles closed.
Onto the #kitchen I have found five jars of Bisto gravy powder. One a mere three months out of date, the others back to 2021. Could be worse and they all look fine, but 🤷🏻♀️
Four different flavours and one is vegan, to explain my mother’s reasoning.

Slowly reading some #books about #angels (I discovered #KyleGray and got a bit carried away), but my few hours of activity when I had energy have given way to a fresh bout of a cold and #fatigue so I’m mostly just sitting here. Had a quick look at the hallway drawers and two-thirds are cables and computer things that can go. The drawers too maybe (mentally fitting things into a smaller #house). I’ll wait until my mum’s office is sorted, we might need a few plugs.

Did a bit more sorting and managed to fit one more bucket-worth into the recycling bin. If the lid doesn’t close, they won’t take it. Lots of old medicines and cleaning products bagged up for hazardous waste. One look in the garage and even with a bit less stuff in there, I can’t stand the sight of it. Maybe I’ll manage to reduce it soon, or get some help. I can’t keep carrying stuff out of it, my back was stiff for a few weeks last time.

Found a twenty+ year old dinner jacket and suit in the attic and tried them on, which went about as well might be expected…

I need to get a new (bigger) disc for my laptop, as I'm running out of space (only 2.5GB left).
In the meantime, I'm deleting un-needed stuff from my downloads/ folder. This includes:
* any JAR files
* in fact, anything java
* subversion extensions
* any Windows stuff
* anything not immediately recognised
* really old apps, incl
* dozens of versions of Unison
* hundreds of Firefoxes, Thunderbirds etc.
* Linux Flash players 🙄
* Zaurus ipks
* and lots more
