A #Cianjur resident’s initiative to erect a conjugal tent for couples to assist with their, um, biological urges, was initially opposed out of shame but eventually embraced, as hundreds of families are still without homes after the recent 5.6 quake.

The man also set up a booking schedule on paper which is posted for the public to see. We’re hoping that they can come up with a more discreet reservation method 🤭 #indonesia #news

Only one #aftershock that i felt and it's very weak, most of us at home didn't felt it (not force to wake up like previous day's aftershock)

West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil said according to the #Cianjur Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) at least 162 people were killed in the city from the 5.6 magnitude #earthquake which rocked parts of West Java on Monday. 362 people suffered various types of injuries and over 13,400 people had to be evacuated.

The #quake, which occurred at 1.21pm local time, destroyed the city and much of its infrastructures, with electricity down to 20% coverage, roads severely damaged, and spotty mobile coverage, in addition to severe damages to homes, offices, and other buildings.

The Governor said they expect to find more casualties and injured victims as they uncover rubbles and collapsed buildings over the next several days.
