@RollingStone @all-news-RollingStone Come say that in Canada. Under current law here, counselling commission of murder has the same penalty as attempted murder, even if someone does not attempt to do as counselled [1], and the same penalty as murder, if the person does as counselled [2]. What a difference between our legal systems.

Alberta's Premier is once again saying the media repeating things she herself is on video actually saying is defamatory.
Now, I am by no means an expert in civil litigation or defamation law but I don't see this going particularly well for her.
