That's a really funny meme 🤘😎🤘
But I don't see the utility for journalists (as much as I'd like to see all those platforms die) to jump ship, as opposed to just augment their reach by creating #Fediverse accounts one #Friendica, #Cakckey, #Pleroma, and #Takahē, Etc., servers (those which accommodate a decent character count).
I did just post an analysis of the exceedingly higher percentage of reach potential/engagement in Fediverse vs Twitter posts though, lolz.

I'm afraid i can't do your request much justice in that miniscule amount of space, but fortunately, someone else had already provided a pretty good, semi comprehensive demo, but first, let me remind you also that #Cakckey has a much superior search facility over that of mastrotron, which adds much to antennas:

#GitHub, in their infinite, #condescending wisdom, slights the majority of the fauna and flora of the #Fediverse by creating a social field where you can enter your Fediverse address (only the URL to your profile, actually), and slap a mastopub logo next to it instead of s Fediverse or ActivityPub logo...
Then they add insult to injury by telling people they can whatever they want.
Right, like #FunkWhale and #PeerTube and #Friendica, #Pleroma, #Soapbox, and #Cakckey users really want that white elephant being advertised on their behalf.
You should speak up and get them know about such an insult IMO.

Many here would rather have seen, "and you haven't set up your very own Mastodon server, I'm so sorry but you're missing out on something special." As:
"your very own Fediverse server..."
Mastodon is good and all, but that message fails to capture the significance of the many capable #Fediverse platforms that do many prefer:
