Das Anliegen von #schwarzrot zegt vor allem eines: Die Regierungskoalition versteht Datenschutz nicht. Man kann ja gern 99,3 Prozent der Unternehmen von datenschutzrechtlichen Pflichten freistellen. Aber doch nur, wenn gleichzeitig eine effektive Kontrolle der maßgeblichen Datenverarbeiter - #microsoft, #amazon, #google, #bytedance, #meta usw. usf. – implementiert wird! Insofern ist **eine** Datenschutzaufsichsbehörde anstelle von mehr als einem Dutzend, ein richtiger Ansatz.
