#Chickens update: as spring is now warming things up, the bug population is exploding and the chickens are saving me money on feed, because why eat dry crumble when you can have live juicy bugs. As an extra treat today, I pulled out the pea plants and gave to them. They are living large. #boujie

A lot of the #British #artisan and #boujie #bakeries and #breadmaking indie businesses in local towns and villages seem to thrive on making #sourdough bread. Personally? I find it irks the gut and is awful to digest.

Can we go back to having a corker of a #farmhouse white, hot from the #oven, so I can race home with it to smother it in salted #butter and best #jam?

I have a #breadmaking machine at home, but sometimes its nice for others to do the baking for me.
